Jfk u guys . In my experiences, USA pilots and especially air traffic controllers have a terrible level of ATC language skill. They say just English not ATC and it causes many unclear situations. And controllers doesn't monitor whole situation of airport well. They just blame pilots.
I don't know and I can't understand why they don't put any efforts on that to improve these kind of problem.
FAA is also problem.
Do not blame and look down on other country pilot who speaks English not better than u guys.

This is completely unacceptable in this day in age. An investigation is 100 percent warranted and someone, needs to be fired. You don’t get near misses and mistakes. Period
