Two Alabama teenage brothers have been arrested in connection to a mass shooting at a sweet 16 party where four people were killed and at least 32 injured. The teens will be charged as adults with four counts of reckless murder. NBC’s Guad Venegas reports.

Don't talk to me about "thinking about mamma" as if shaming shooters is going to stop them from doing what they do. If authorities in Alabama were so "tired of it" then they would do something even remotely tangible, something more effectual, take some common sense action(s) to curb gun possession and ownership by a segment of people who have no business walking around with firearms of any kind.
If you want to remove any racial bias or ambiguity of the death penalty, I've always suggested the following: 1) must be at least 18 2) must have committed more than one murder 3) previous murder convictions count, including as a minor 4) unborn children don't count 5) applies automatically 6) no more than 10 years on incarceration prior to execution 7) cannot be repealed by a lone governor but a board (newly added since GOP seem to be okay with releasing racist murderers) but requires a board (appointed by legislation) to review any new evidence or considerations. 8) ordering or organizing a hit qualifies as well. 9) no QFAD exceptions.
