Now the race is on to retrieve what remains of the balloon.

If it was an alleged "civilian balloon" China was very irresponsible for not communicating that it was missing. If an object accidentally entered Chinese airspace I'm confident that they would have vaporized it. Regardless, let's stop outsourcing and buying products made in China!
