The Dominican Republic is making a huge mistake to continue accepting these people. They have accepted so many Haitians, that now there are actually MORE Haitians being born in the DR than Dominicans. Essentially, the DR has given there country over to the Haitians. In 30 years time, all of DR is going to look like the current Haiti.
