How is it a spy balloon when it wasn't trying to hide itself….there is something else going on lower while we look up.
How did this balloon not just go straight up but instead scaled sideways a few states? Did it have a sort of propeller? Would like to know more about that. I was more concerned that these balloons would contain toxic airborne powders.
