The U.S. and British military launched strikes against targets in areas of Yemen controlled by the Houthis, according to two U.S. officials. This comes following a string of attacks launched by the Houthis on shipping vessels.

The UN signed a law that states that any nation can claim a total area of 12 nautical miles from its Coastline. For Yemen, that includes the lower half of the Suez Canal. So how come, if the Houthis have stated that Western ships are not welcome in their waters, do the Western ships still try to get through? And, when the Houthis attack despite the warnings, the West feels threatened? That water is YEMEN water, the West has to leave or else they contradict their OWN LAWS THAT THEY THEMSELVES SIGNED
