  1. This stand up strike makes UAW members scab on one another. Furthermore it doesn't put pressure on the company, it does the opposite allowing production to flow while rendering the strike ineffective as the big three auto Corp's can simply move production elsewhere to another plant and wait out workers. Also who in there right mind tells workers to work under an expired contract. If the contract is expired then none of the terms are actually in place anymore. Honestly if workers want to win anything they'll have to rank and file committees

  2. No more lump sum raises. Real raises. Leave the health insurance alone, though better optical and dental would be nice. Leave the profit sharing alone. More in the 401k would be nice, but the gov will steal that anyway. Markets won't be worth a lick for a while. Other than that, quit with the gimmicks. Guaranteed cash for work. Profit sharing is a gamble. Lump sum raises are just kicking the can BS.

  3. Only interested in lining his own pocket. This will backfire and the economy will tank.

  4. Make America Great Again. Fire the UAW. Where is the mew vehicle inventory?! They are lazy now wanting more pay?! Trump would fix this fiasco. Let the immigrants do the work!!

  5. I hope same thing what happens to the UK auto industry doesn't happens here due to this strike, if it happens, everyone including the guy talking will not have a job…

  6. Workers should not be able to take entire American companies HOSTAGE that will have enormous negative impacts on other workers around the country and the world, causing more eroding of these car companies competitiveness against cars that have been flooding world markets at government subsidized prices. These striking workers are literally firing themselves and others that are not involved in the strike from their jobs.

  7. I call 2023 the year of Strikes

  8. Unions have played a significant role in shaping labor conditions and benefits for workers in the United States. Here are some key benefits that union workers have gained:

    1. Higher Wages: On average, union workers earn more than their non-union counterparts. Collective bargaining helps secure better pay.
    2. Health Benefits: Many unions have successfully negotiated comprehensive health care benefits for their members.
    3. Job Security: Union contracts often include clauses that protect workers from arbitrary layoffs or terminations.
    4. Paid Leave: Through union negotiations, workers have gained access to paid vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
    5. Safer Working Conditions: Unions have pushed for workplace safety measures, reducing injuries and fatalities.
    6. Retirement Benefits: Pension plans and retirement benefits are more commonly offered to union workers.
    7. Legal Protections: Unions offer legal assistance in disputes with employers, like wrongful termination cases.
    8. Skill Training: Some unions provide or negotiate for ongoing education and skill development programs for workers.
    9. Collective Bargaining: Union workers have the collective power to negotiate terms, making it easier to address grievances.
    10. Social Change: Historically, unions have been instrumental in passing important labor laws, including minimum wage laws, child labor laws, and the eight-hour workday.

  9. 💥 DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT IS A LONG LINE OF CHEAP IMIGRANT HANDS WHAITING FOR FILL UP THOSE JOBS 🐒💩💥

  10. Tell America what the average pay is for a UAW worker. How much? Tell me?

  11. How many non union workers suffer with crap pay and benefits. What makes them more derserving and importsnt than any other hard working americans.

  12. So not every union worker will strike? Way to show unity in the union😂. Sorry but you just lost the war

  13. Nooo, bring your coolers, nothing alcoholic, and your tailgate chairs, or camp chairs, talk mingle and have fun, every once in a while look over at the fake god of money. Why stare and chant at nothing, and no one. A thing, a singular individual of trillions, would be too afraid to even be present.

  14. How bad is that work enviornment that people need to unionize/strike?

  15. So that you are not confused LORD GOD ALMIGHTY is GOD

  16. Not buying any products from them until this is resolved. Same with Starbucks; won't be buying as much since I heard some unionized stores were closing. Unionized workforces are one of the reasons why America is one of the best countries and so many folks want to come here. I don't like when people born in other countries or are first-generation get in the C-suites and look down upon unionization.

  17. What if everyone who has a job that does not pay a living wage, stand out and strike. The rich has stolen the Americans living wage with corruption at the highest levels, meaning the rich has forced the Americans with there laws to work Americans as much as possible and keep Americans poor knowing the outcome in advance based on the prices fixed by the rich. The rich can not be trusted. I could say more about this but this is easiest to understand.

  18. “Be on your guard against greed of every kind.” – (The Prophet and Messiah Jesus of Nazareth at Luke 12: 15) –

  19. disabled bootlickers in the comments

  20. I stand with the scab workers. Show the strikers they're not needed

  21. This “stand up” strike is a stand up joke.😂 This will amount to nothing.

  22. TESLA TO THE MOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNN!

  23. Well then get ready, cause the age of robotics will come soon if this strikes keeps up like this

  24. The “Big 3” made $25 billion in profits so far this year. The CEOs spent several billion on their personal stock buybacks. Worker wages or benefits did not improve. Support the workers 🇺🇸

  25. If employee morale is this bad, nobody should buy their cars.

  26. Love it. The rich got so rich and threw so many jobs away they forgot about Americans.

  27. Took a shot every time he said 'stfike' 😵‍💫

  28. The destruction of the American dream these last 2 years

  29. bidenomics folks and i dont mean that hyperbole 😂

  30. As a union construction worker I walked the picket line. Nobody wants to strike but sometimes it's nessary business and management must share the wealth. Good luck brothers and sisters

  31. Meanwhile we lose to China on cheap labor and better tech and yall mad over some dollars that you'll never be able to keep anyways
