It is rumored that the dirty bomb has already been planted in Kherson ready for remote detonation when Ukraine invades. Why did they evacuate all the pro russia resiudents? Russia will leave 500 expendable conscripts there to die and blame Ukraine. Ukraine should proceed with taking ground around Kherson but stay clear of the city itself. Drop leaflets advising conscripts to surrender and citizens to leave. I hope Ukraine does not take the bait.
