At this point unconditional surrender is the only practical solution for Ukraine. Hitler's Germany also refused to admit defeat until Hitler killed himself, then Keitel signed unconditional surrender. Total Ukrainian losses are approaching staggering 400 000 KIA. It's simply unsustainable. Crazy suggestions to mobilize another 3 million are exactly that crazy suggestions. It's not feasible. The war is effectively lost by Ukraine.

The Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine was adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR on August 24, 1991. The Act reestablished Ukraine's state independence. Poland, Canada, and Russia were the first countries to recognize Ukraine's independence on December 2, 1991. Also on December 2 it was reported on the television news program Vesti that the President of the Russian SFSR, Boris Yeltsin recognized Ukraine's independence.
The United States did so on December 25, 1991. Then the independence of Ukraine was recognized by 68 countries and then 64 more countries in 1992 for a total of 132 countries that recognized the independence of Ukraine, which included Russia, Belarus, and China.
