Then he can TRY to take over all of it. His best timing would be when CHINA decides to invade North America and exert their wish to control the west all the way down to the Pampas of Argentine over about 12 years or more, step by step. I have a friend in China (Lee) who is aware of this plotting. China must resolve various factors before launching toward the East; Taiwan, Hong Kong, are only two of the problems.
