RESTITUTION, RESTITUTION, RESTITUTION !!! When I lost my temper and kicked in a lady's car door, I thanked the judge for reducing the criminal charge to "civil compromise" and paid to repair her car to a BETTER condition than before my act of vandalism. Russia must do the same. And it will cost them billions and billions of US Dollars to rebuild what they destroyed and to the families of the innocents they injured and killed. Restitution to the families of Ukrainian soldiers injured and killed, as well, since it was an illegal war to begin with. Forced restitution will teach the world a good lesson: Start a war and you will pay through the nose for generations. This lesson learned might just end wars for good.

There must be no settlement unless Ukraine gets all it's territory back and the Russians pay for the damage.
