This is not an entirely accurate assessment. There are those who knew it was way more than possible that the Ukrainian forces were going to give it to the Russian forces, hard. The Ukrainian people are a strong people, the echo was made some time ago that they were not going to go without a fight and they had the fierceness to bring to the fight for the win. Beyond that is the notion, they were on the right side of the fight, so in that, the victory should be theirs for the taking and much deserved.

Although I feel terrible for the people of Ukraine, and Zelensky is braves for staying and fighting,,,,,I find him somewhat pushy and demanding. Maybe I'm judging him incorrectly, but I don trust him I'm sorry to say. I could very well be wrong, but my gut feeling is that he is not exactly what I would call "trustworthy". Putin is a complete villain clearly. Just my humble opinion.
