Several regions in Ukraine declared September 2 an official day of mourning. The result of the long-awaited Ukrainian counteroffensive is truly astounding. Ukraine lost only in this misadventure (in just two days) 1700 soldiers (that's only killed, the number of wounded is unknown), 63 tanks, 59 IFV, 48 armored trucks, 14 pickup trucks, four jets, three helicopters (all hardware is courtesy of Biden administration and Fed's money printing — inflation be damned) with exactly zero territorial gains. Zelenskyy regime is shelling a nuclear plant under Russian control. Such reckless war crimes can be committed only out of utter desperation. It reminds Hitler's Nero plan in 1945. I hope eventually Zelenskyy, Biden, BoJo and their henchmen will be brought to justice or justice will be brought to them .

I hope that everything is gone be alright. This war is actually overdated conflict for the "Soviet inheritance" coused by dissolution of SSSR. Similar to the senseless civil wars in former Yugoslavia in 90-ies which were de facto wars for the "Yugoslavia inheritance". Same the conflicts between India and Pakistan which are actually nothing more than the wars for the "British colonial inheritance".

"On the morning of September 1st, the Kiev regime attempted a major provocation to disrupt the arrival of IAEA expert working group at Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
At 6:20 a.m., seven fast-moving motorboats landed on the coast of Kakhovskoye reservoir, three kilometres northeast of Zaporozhye NPP, with two sabotage groups of up to 60 people in total.
The sabotage groups were detected and blocked in the drop-off area by Russian National Guard units guarding the territory of Zaporozhye NPP.
A unit of the Russian Armed Forces and helicopters of the army aviation were transfered to reinforce Russian Guard troops in order to suppress an attempt to enter the nuclear power plant and destroy Ukrainian saboteurs.
The destruction of the Ukrainian sabotage group is currently being completed.
At about 7am, units of the Russian Armed Forces prevented another attempted landing to seize a nuclear power plant.
A few kilometres from Zaporozhye NPP near Vodyanoye, an attempt was made to land a tactical airborne assault by AFU two self-propelled barges from Nikopol.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.
As a result of shelling of units of 14th Mechanized Brigade near Russkiye Tishki, an attempted offensive by AFU in Kharkov direction has been thwarted.
The enemy suffered over 50 casualties.

Russian air defence means have shot down 8 unmanned aerial vehicles near Yakovenkovo, Volchiy Yar, Shpakovka, Kislovka, Glinskoye, Kapitolovka in Kharkov Region, Petrovka and Lyubimovka in Kherson Region.
Also intercepted: 1 Tochka-U ballistic missile near Bezymyannoye in Kherson Region and 48 shells of multiple launch rocket systems, including 44 of HIMARS near Muzykovka, Znamenka, Veseloye, Kamenka, Daryivka, Novaya Kakhovka, Berislav, Dnepryany and Tomarino.
2 US-made AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missiles nave been shot down by Russian air defence means near Antonovskyi Bridge.
In total, 280 Ukrainian airplanes and 151 helicopters, 1,852 unmanned aerial vehicles, 371 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4,663 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 822 multiple launch rocket systems, 3,363 field artillery and mortars, as well as 5,192 units of special military vehicles were destroyed during the operation.
