Ted Kaczynski, who became known as the “Unabomber,” died at the age of 81. Kaczynski was convicted and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for a series of nationwide bombings that killed three people and was the center of one of the FBI’s longest and most expensive investigations ever.

Ted was tortured by the CIA through the MKUltra project at Harvard University. He is less violent than the system that robbed him from so much. May his death create attention to his brilliantly written manifesto, which made such topic accessible to people, not only for being published in a famous newspaper, but also for putting difficult ideas in a way they became simple to understand. It is a loss for humanity.
