Unexpected flash floods in San Diego destroys homes, roads



Residents in San Diego are recovering from a historic and bizarre bout of winter rain and flash floods. The city was struck with more than a month’s worth of rain, in just six hours – destroying several homes, flooding neighborhoods and leading to hundreds of water rescues. NBC News’ Steve Patterson is there.

  1. nothing can be replaced because they didnt have flood insurance…we need to change that!!

  2. This is what happens when you have dumb a** city leaders who are more focused on providing relief to illegal immigrants and lost cause homeless drug addicts than providing infrastructure to handle this kind of weather event.
    I expect to see more of this type of catastrophe.
