Residents in San Diego are recovering from a historic and bizarre bout of winter rain and flash floods. The city was struck with more than a month’s worth of rain, in just six hours – destroying several homes, flooding neighborhoods and leading to hundreds of water rescues. NBC News’ Steve Patterson is there.

This is what happens when you have dumb a** city leaders who are more focused on providing relief to illegal immigrants and lost cause homeless drug addicts than providing infrastructure to handle this kind of weather event.
I expect to see more of this type of catastrophe.
