Just had a meeting about when customers start getting pissed off and the best thing is to not keep going at it and walk away. Plus how much authority did the airline guy have? Can’t hear the audio but maybe was the airline guy mad because the bigger than him guy was using a wheelchair inappropriately? Who cares… as much as tickets are to fly on planes we should be able to use what we want…

This doesn’t show the entire video, but the employee actually slaps him twice. He also hits him first. The second slap was also a sucker punch. If one faces charges, the other should as well.

See, he got what he deserved, there is such a thing called courtesy and professionalism in the work force and this is a major part that drives any business forward!
