Crime Increase due to the Increase of ILLEGALS!
Caught up on NYC being the “greatest city in the world”. Really? Better than Dubai? Singapore City? Tokyo?
GTFO
I. So good to have an optimistic president!
II. However, Pr Biden needs to be wise and not to overreact to the job gains.
III. The inflation is far from being over. The war in Ukraine also.
IV. Agree with you when you mentioned the COVID reopening as booster of employment rate. Furthermore, Pr Biden did not specify the kind oof jobs that have been created: Low jobs, Middle jobs or high jobs?
V. May be more low jobs have been created. If it's the case, then, our current High-income Trap is simply worsening. In fact, US needs to create more High-paying jobs in order to fix the current High-income Trap. Low-wage Workers did account for 44% of US workforce. With Biden, that could reach 50% or more. Not good at all. Unfortunately, Big Government under Democrats' presidency always uses to create more low jobs in the low value added services where productivity gains are very small.
VI. Pr Biden does want to take the blame for the high rate of inflation. Why not.
5.1. The current Inflation-producing Economy Era started since the 50s.
5.2. However, War in Ukraine that he has been unable to anticipate and its associated high-rate of inflation and energy and supply chains has amplified the inflationary pressure. Furthermore, Redistributive Policies and Reopening due COVID did play a role too. So may be Biden is not accountable 100% but 50% of the current high rate of Inflation. His redistributive policies and refusal to accelerate US Energy renaissance did play a role.
VI. I agree with Pr Biden when he was proud of the Infrastructure spending (BBB). In fact, despite the obsolescence of US infrastructure since the 80s and 90s and despite awareness of this issue since this period, all of his predecessors did not fix US Infrastructure deficit.
However, Pr Trump did try with 900 Billion. In reality US need from $3 to $5 Trillion in order to build the 21st century Infrastructure because of the shift away from Oil-centric and Hunan's driver cars, planes, trains and ships to the Clean-Electric and Fully Autonomous Passengers Cars,Planes, Trains and Ships.
Unfortunately, the BBB won't be enough because it's going to allocate less than $2 trillion. Furthermore, the high rate of inflation is dramatically reducing the ROI of the infrastructure spending. In other words, instead of $3 to $5 trillion, US now will need from $7 to $10 trillion to build the same infrastructure. Moreover, in his SOTU, Pr Biden did not tell to the Americans the number of roads, brigdes, turnels, ports and airports the BBB has built yet. He did not give the number of US cities at the high risk of bankruptcy that are reinvigorated by the BBB.
Biden is pushing us back to the British or worse China

Liar grifter pandering Marxist dictator
Never created one single job.
The companies he put out of business brought back those jobs.. does he think we're as stupid as he is?
Divided States of America in a recession since 1984 ( Reagonomics ) of pure evil! Finally it is clear as daylight and suffering of Americans MUST not be ignored anymore! Billionaires and millionaires are stealing our futures and guilty of treason 😶😑😶😑😶
UBI ( universal basic income ) to every American of $5,000/Month ( tax free ) is the only way to solve homelessness and poverty and labor exploitation usury!
1. We need livable wages of $33/Hour AND up as the foundation of dignity. This must rise by 3% faster than inflation!
2. We need affordable housing of $450/Month for single apartments of no less than 800 SQ FT to live in dignity ( fixed rate for life)
3. We need affordable raw land of $500 to $3,000/Acre ( 1 to 20 acre lots with no HOAs or restrictions ) accessible to the poor to buy! We need affordable tiny structurally durable homes that can be built under $50,000 without bank loans and thier debt traps! NO property taxes!
Don't be afraid to speak about the facts. Regarding the cost of food items, prices are accelerating more and you won't know if you are unaware about the prices since three years ago.
The houses
During Trump's tenure, GDP growth was the worst since the Great Depression. Trump was the worst jobs president in recorded history. The Dow had the largest single-day stock market drops in the history of Dow Jones. 8 of the top 10 states with the highest poverty rate? The Republican-led states of Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina and Oklahoma. 4 of the top 5 states most dependent on welfare? The Republican-led states of Louisiana, West Virginia, Alabama and Mississippi. 4 of the top 5 states with the highest bankruptcy rate? The Republican-led states of Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Inflation is not creating food shortages; Politicians are. Look at the money being spent in the Ukraine alone; and, WEF cronies are insisting on ESG systems in which fertilizers are banned and food production is halved (Sri Lanka was their poster child for this and it miserably failed; i have approximately $750k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?
By 2024 we will be in Depression 2.0. Get ready.
A Dictator who's definitely taken us to Hell in a Basket. Makes him very happy. He will continue to do so. All the damages created in less than 24 mos. Sick, unstable, inhumane.
