Here's an idea to prevent future dictators from attacking other countries: sanction all countries who have dictators and refuse to do business with those that don't have an elected government. This should have been done to Putin the moment he changed the Russian constitution to make himself president for life.

It took US two week to reach Bagdad, it took Russia to reach Kiev 5days, and aren’t using more weapon, because they still have a feeling of Slavic connection their mission is not to kill Ukrainian people, but a regime change, if you remember G.W Bush “Saddam Husain must go” same thing is happening.
