Grocery prices are outrageous, grocery costs went up like 35%, the media can sugar coated all they want but as a consumer, I been hammered with my grocery bill

I have been a Democrat for years, but now I have decided to vote for the Republicans!
I was forced to take my early social security after the pandemic layoff. Once making a very nice salary at 65 I got an interview at Walmart for a greeter. my house is for sale because of the property tax increase. I hope I can sell it before the county puts a lien on it and my mortgage company forecloses. I had $50 left out of my social security check one day after it came after I paid my bills and went grocery shopping. After not going for one month I cannot believe the prices of food. Even chicken that was what some of the cheapest meat you could buy is now up there with steak prices. So trying to find protein sources the food to cook and make this $50 stretch for groceries. And I bet not a single politician has had to try and stretch their money.
the other day I had to buy a box of qtips for almost 6 dollars at Target. What the heck. We are just working to pay high prices for everything thanks to our idiotic government made up of Democrats

Abbott about selling the largest oil refinery in Port Arthur Texas to the Saudis for all the Saudi oil the Saudi's were supposed to process for the US. Trump lost the election so Putin is doing all he can since Trumps end of the bargain fell through on delivering the Ukraine to Russia. This has been in the works since Trump took office and the outcome of his reign is chaos. The mainstream media is really harming our society when they frame recent inflation numbers in this way. I looked up the data. You wouldn't know it by watching any popular media source, but inflation over the last three months has been 0.17%. That's an annual rate of 0.67%. That's nothing to be worried about. The FED rate hikes are working. Any further hike in the FED funds rate without further CPI data showing more inflation, will cause a recession.
