China and Russia's bond is strategic, not technical. The two countries will be together for at least another 2 decades until the US finally accepts China as an equal power. US has itself to blame for Russia and China bonding together, as it could have stopped NATO expansion, which is exactly the cause of this Russia-Ukraine war, and got focused on suppressing China.
