Gangstalking is not what its title sounds like. It is a vast, multi-layered, campaign styled co-op that is a clandestine, semi-militant militia operation that operates as a source of subversion, a constant danger, and disruption to its target, otherwise known as a targeted individual. This program seeks to recruit people who are likely to act in blind obedience to serve as its gangstalkers. This covert population control operation operates in NATO countries and presents itself as something other than a hate-crime and a depopulation protocol. The true progenitors of gangstalking can be traced back to the late 19th-century. During the American Reconstruction period (1863-77), terrorist groups like the Ku-Klux-Klan, the Knights of the White Camelia, the Red-Shirts, and the White League conducted open-air, community based, police supervised harassment programs, mostly against freedmen and their supporters. Later, similar programs that were initiated in the 1960s and 70s, such as the CIA and FBI programs MK-Ultra and COINTELPRO (Operation Hoodwink,) used the tradition and the blueprint that was started by the reconstruction era terrorist groups to systematically disrupt the New Ku-Klux-Klan, the New Left, the Hippie Movement, the Black Panthers, dissident Puerto-Rican groups, and Pro-communism elements that existed here in the United States. The CIA and FBI have since disavowed the above mentioned programs. In the 1980s and 90s, the U.S. military, along with the FBI, ATF, U.S. Marshalls, and similar federal law-enforcement groups developed tracking and subversion methods that bore mirror-like similarities to the aforementioned disruption programs, namely, to apprehend violent criminals, and terrorists. Gangstalking began as a covert operation, but like its progenitors, it will soon be exposed and eradicated. Nowadays, gangstalking is perpetrated either knowingly or unknowingly by governmental, corporate, and religious elements, including Fusion Centers and private security firms via the legalization by stealth, pork barrel, earmark, and misappropriation of taxpayer resource mechanisms. $ There is a ” Follow the Money ” element to gangstalking; it is generally as follows : $ Derived car accidents – stimulate the auto body repair and car insurance industries $ $ The induced health problems causes by gangstalking’s psychological stressors and food contamination artificially create a need for physician and hospital visits, and drug prescription fulfillment. $Gangstalking Campaign : When a targeted person is formally selected and placed in what is designed to be a life-long war involving a standing army of strangers and acquaintances alike who act, speak, provoke, and sometimes attack the targeted person in similar ways in apparent uniformity. (The placement of a targeted individual into a gangstalking campaign involves a computerized mechanism, of which we will be addressed). Breaking-and-entering to a targeted individual’s homenis common in a gangstalking campaign. Burglaries, vandalism, theft, and unprovoked verbal, and physical attacks are additionally a part of the gangstalking repertoire against a targeted person. 24/7 Tracking, Surveillance, and disruption.Synchronized Obstruction of Movement – The systemic timed obstruction of your natural movement: Walking, Jogging, Running, Biking, Driving…. 1. Messy Divorce 2. Beneficiary 3. Outspoken on a particular political issue. 4. A vocal political dissident. 5. You simply make the wrong enemy6. You get rich quick 7. Stand out high school personality 8. You evade cultural norms and standards 9. You “divorce” institutions 10. You are a trendsetter, or influencer of other people’s behavior, beliefs and attitudes. 11. Your name and vital statistics are maliciously and stealthily placed in a computerized gang member database.How to fight gangstalking:Harness the power of the internet through blogs, personal webpages, and social media to raise awareness, namely that of elected officials about the reality and tyranny of gangstalking.Document the tangible effects of your gangstalking campaign as often as possible, namely, through digital and video documentation. A targeted person often encounters weather manipulation via the Haarp program. Directed Energy can induce rainfall if aimed and fired at a rain cloud and a wildfire if aimed and fired into a lush forest. The targeted individual often experiences food contamination, gaslighting, oddly rude or disruptive neighbors, bad police encounters, bad experiences with the USPS and other mail services, and so on. The end-goal of a gangstalking campaign against a targeted person is a multifaceted slow-death torture mechanism. The goals are as follows: To induce in the target’s psychological state psychosis, agoraphobia, and or other debilitating psychological disorders; while instilling in the target a hatred for their government, its representatives and law enforcers, a hatred for people, as well as inducing confusion and self-doubt in the target which is supposed to lead to the target “going off the deep-end” and committing a mass murder or other heinous crime which would almost definitely lead to death by law enforcement or the military, known as suicide-by-cop, or to drive the targeted individual to just plain suicide, which is a person choosing to end their own life. How can the Guantanamo Bay disaster be compared to gangstalking? Like gangstalking, the Guantanamo Bay disaster involved United States government representatives, namely Department of Defense personnel, torturing people and then lying about the torture. Even when evidence of the torture surfaced, the torturers continued to lie about their criminality. Eventually the evidence became so overwhelming that the USA federal government did an investigation proving that people were being tortured by government personnel in Guantanamo Bay while the perpetrators of that torture continued to lie about its existence. State-sanctioned Murder is a part of the gangstalking program which is extremely prevalent in the American societal function. Gangstalking is the result of several thousands of congressional earmarks that have penetrated bills and nested themselves into the American legal code. Gangstalking is when United States citizens are mobilized, deputized, and directed towards targeted persons [ people who have been placed in a gangstalking campaign against their lives ] as they go about their daily business. Gangstalkers are the cause of derived car accidents, violent street encounters, and deadly police encounters, all of which are used against targeted individuals as weapons. Derived vehicular containment against a targeted person, the mobilization of criminally insane street thugs, and phony 911 calls to local law enforcement officers are all weapons that gangstalkers use against a targeted individual. Because gangstalking is a world-wide catastrophe, these tragedies are happening in all four corner of the world. That’s right, other countries have had earmarks that enable gangstalking plugged into their legal code, by the same thugs that have enabled community harassment and workplace mobbing here in America. The only way to defeat gangstalking is to hold the Congress of the United States of America accountable. Since 9/11/2001, there have been several hundreds of thousands of earmarks that have stealthily snuck past Congress while having been tagged onto national security bills, entire budgets, and infrastructure legislation. To call gangstalking in particular, and earmarks in general, treasonous, harmful, unconstitutional, and misappropriations is an understatement. Earmarks betray the public trust and make a mockery of the legislative process which American congressional assemblies have used since the 18th century. There is a [ follow the money ] element to gangstalking and the orchestrators of gangstalking stand to profit from the carnage, chaos, and anarchy. The United States legal code is no longer a representation of constitutional values. The United States of America is not a democracy. The United States of America is not a Constitutional Republic. The United States of America is a client state and a legislative dummy that malicious third-parties can manipulate using the earmarks mechanism. The citizens of the United States of America are nothing more than expendible pieces of property that march in step to the treasonous tune of gangstalking interests. The formulators of gangstalking knew full well that this program would give them control over the vital institutions of The American Republic, oftentimes at the expense of American blood and treasure. The orchestrators of gangstalking should be arrested, tried and executed by public hanging or given the death penalty by electric chair or firing squad for the crimes of treason and mass murder. An earmark is a stipulation, sometimes, wasteful or harmful, and sometimes unconstitutional, that is tagged onto a congressional bill. Congressional bills are often times thousands of pages long; as a result, earmarks often go undetected and cannot be ‘deleted.’ Rather, the entire bill must be rejected, stagnating the process. Gangstalking was earmarked into the American legal code under the guise of a national security, police assistance, private security, or other such bill. I grew up in a household that lost a child, and have witnessed the bottomless depths of that grief. It is the worst bereavement a person can experience.
But….how would these proposed laws stop her from keeping a handgun?
And how would they have saved her son, if he was killed playing dominoes with apparently no warning? Even if he were armed, he could have been shot from behind if the killer knew he was armed.

Training so that people of color are not killed at law enforcements hand. Aside from that this is about victims of gun violence. This is about how law enforcement failing them. This about how accessible it was for people to get a gun that was designed to exterminate l. I will not forget that in Buffalo a survivor said she called dispatch and the dispatch rep hung up on her which as a call center rep is against policy. At Uvalde children spent over an hour waiting for rescue and police did not do their job. I have family in law enforcement yet I can see that they have failed to serve and protect. My prayers to those who have been harmed by gun violence and let us band together for change.
