The Austin American-Statesman and KVUE published an edited compilation of videos from the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School. The footage shows the scene inside and outside the school, and from police body cameras. In one shot, an officer is seen getting hand sanitizer while the gunman is still a threat in the classroom.

Say a lot about sanitizer lovers….
After seeing the attitude of police you can definitely say they are not here to protect us or our children. We need to protect ourselves…and will continue to do so.
POLICE AINT TRAINED FOR THAT! I WOULD NEVER CALL OR STAND NEAR THEM IDGAF IF I HIT THE LOTTERY TOMORROW ONLY PEOPLE ILL HAVE GUNS AROUND ME IS MILITARY OR EX MILITARY!!!
Here's what I can't understand. When there's a gunman inside a school, why do teachers always tell the kids to hide in their classrooms? If I were a teacher, I'd be telling the kids, "Get out of the building! Run outside now!"

this is no one's fault but the failed leadership among them. improper training and no use of communication.
So from what I heard these officers were trained for this kind of situation. So were they also trained to take your eyes off of where the shots are fired and just run away? They did not do proper formation going down the hall, they did not post up in the hall correctly, a few of these officers were holding their rifles wrong even. Then seeing them stop a few who wanted to rush in. Some are decked out in full kit yet don't know how to use the tools they have. Everyone from the top down needs to get gone. Clearly that punisher logo on the phone of the one officer shows he likes the idea more than actually getting in the action and stopping a murderer.

Waiting for the police in a life or death situation gets you killed. This is why you can't wait for the police. Minutes away, or hours, when seconds matter.
How many of the victims could have been saved if they received medical attention in a timely manner. An opportunity they lost because of fearful cops that should be fired.

Makes you wonder why the majority of every single state's budgets go to paying for these doughnut-eaters. Don't get me wrong, not all cops are like Uvalde, not all cops are racist abusers, but they get WAY too much funding when MOST have the work ethic and urgency of a stoned Subway artist. Stopping active shooters should be every single police station's top priority right now, considering nothing is being done to keep guns away from these young psychopaths, and we get a shooting every week now.
