Every officer who stood outside of an elementary school, even while shot were being fired, children were crying, screaming for help, as they were being slaughtered, should be ashamed of yourselves!
To all the beautiful souls lost, may you Rest In Peace. You are now a guardian Angel to your loved ones. You will get your Justice and we will forever say your names. To the brave kids, who were calling and whispering to 911, you are a hero and I hope you know that. To the cops, you should be ashamed of yourselves that innocent lives were cut short when you shouldβve been there breaking down doors no matter what to get them out. That teacher lawyered up. Hmm…wonder why? Is it school policy to go in/out of that door? How is that door supposed to lock? Clearly if there was a rock already there that tells everyone they (the teachers) have been doing that for some time. Then the lawyer says the people at fault is the shooter and "the people who put the guns in his hands". ??? The shooter is absolutely at fault! The people who put the guns in his hands??? The kid bought them legally. Oh, good little lawyer, deflect any accountability from your client. You are doing damage control for the teacher who mostly likely didn't close the door correctly. Seriously, what are the odds of the door not locking correctly at that one moment? Then she hide. Why didn't she run/scream up/down the hallway to have the other teachers close/lock doors?

The teacher is lying. She changed her story along with most of the cops. They should all be arrested for obstruction of justice. I learned that after the chief there told the coward cops not to go in the room, 6 more shots rang out in that time. was that 6 more preventable deaths? These cops are cowards. NO, make that lying cowards. They need to be charged for the obstruction of justice in a murder trial along with not doing their jobs which caused multiple deaths.

Let's say we are going to put "good guys with guns" in our public buildings and spaces. The officer would need to wear the same tactical gear that the shooters have been using including an assault rifle to even come close to making it a fair fight. Don't forget that the "good guy with a gun" will most likely not have any prior warning. The GOP's position does not stand up at all as a viable solution. An officer on school grounds carrying a handgun does not stand much of a chance against a heavily armed suspect ready to kill anything that moves. I agree with the attorney. Shouldn't let yourselves get sidetracked from the main issue, i.e. the easy access to guns enabling people with nefarious reasons to commit the crime.
Those children didn't even have a chance. They were gone before anyone knew bc those cops didn't even try to save them. They had all the gear but blamed it on that they weren't trained. You don't need training to distract him from shooting until backup comes. One of them should have just tried. At least fire shots to let the shooter know he needs to stop shooting. But no… Instead they waited 77 mins.. Those children & teachers bled out. They could have been saved if they did their jobs.
