Vermont taking on life-threatening flash flooding into Tuesday



Slow and heavy rains are moving north from New York and Connecticut into Vermont, causing life-threatening flash flooding. NBC News’ Bill Karins gives the forecast through Tuesday morning and warnings for the entire state of Vermont.
