Bless Mr. Gumbert! I'm so happy it was in his heart to help. I wish there was a way to combat these scammers. Maybe have every rental need a special apartment license which has to be signed by the owner and lease holder at the county office with everyone needing to provide ID and proof of ownership for the owner.
