Shooting requires anger, know how, resources. From experience i know that Americans are angry, have a gun culture, have easy acess to guns. That is the triangle of 🔥 (or shooting). This does not happen that much in any other developed country because they don't have all the ingredients like in America.
I also have experience living in China for example and I know that Chinese are 5 times more angry than Americans, they also have crazy this happening but the number of casualties is far inferior compare to America. Because they do not have easy access to guns. I mean it takes a lot more energy and will power to kill 15 people with a knife than with an IR15
