A high school in Arizona is being sued after surveillance video appeared to show a student in an SUV crashing into a motorcycle as part of an alleged ‘promposal’ accident. The lawsuit claims the security officer and principal knew and agreed to the plan.

Luckily no one was killed. Both law enforcement and principle need to be charged.
HE WAS STILL DRIVING THE CAR ?
Its not alleged when on video. Do better NBC
School resource officer is usually a police officer. If this one is, the kids lawyer is irresponsible for suing for "only" one million given the lifelong disabilities their victim's injuries will cause.
I think this is more of an unfortunate crazy coincidence than anything but if they wanted to do this they should've taken more precaution by having someone watch out for other cars coming or have done something to stop other cars from entering during the time of the event. This was just apart of Murphy's law. I don't agree with the running the stop sign thing but I also don't think it is the most criminal thing in the whole world but not taking precautions for other vehicles is heinous
Lol he just had to be brown and drive a Toyota at 9 pm. You dont even have to speed! Those lights will come on! 🚓
A bunch of idiots! A lot of people are liable! Sue, everyone!😮🤬👎🏻🤦♂️
"I want to press charges"
Well i guess we no who is getting fired and we all no the city is gonna settle
40 plus mph inna school zone
That’s the driver fault no one can do anything else
She is a stalker
You’re a stalker
That's one of the most idiotic ways to ask someone to the prom it wasn't even a good plan it's just stupid and it was probably going to be posted to social media on top of it…figures
Imagine this happens to you and you find out the first responder to respond was IN ON IT. Ffs
A million dollars is not going to cover his medical bills for the rest of his life
So you can commit say manslaughter with your vehicle on private property and not be held accountable? This poor kid had to be in shock, because there is no way he wasn’t hurt. Interesting that private property gives someone a pass to cause bodily harm with or without permission from an adult. Sounds like this is someone’s kid that has connections.

But did she say yes ??is she going to prom with him or not??
It boggles the mind that high schools let kids drive on campus with their cars, let alone provide parking for them.
I can't see this sort of ideocracy happen anywhere outside of the United States.. SMH
Should sue for more.
The whole situation started with that student coming up with a stupid "promposal" and should be held liable for such a ridiculous scheme. Obviously, if the student is driving a Porsche SUV, his parent's have the money to be included in the suit as well.
What do you mean – why would I NOT give a Porsche to a child.
Reality – THIS!
I dunno, they all could've been working together for a frivolous lawsuit scam too😮😮
I don't want to be anywhere near the gender reveal party of that couple if this is what happens from a date request. Jeez
Anything for the gram smh
What kinda idiots agree to something so reckless?? Sue them for a mil & more
This was not an accident.
They should have closed the street off before this stunt. This is basic common sense.
PROMPOSAL lol , Just ask the person while eating your soy sandwich during lunch break like another regular day.
Only a million?!? You should sue for much more.
