The men who stepped in to protect the New York City Subway Riders were doing just that by subduing the "threat". My question is why isn't there any "Transit Authorities" riding these trains? This can be attributed to the fault of the New York City's Mayor and Police Chief by "Politicizing" key functions of the municipal government.
