I applied for IBR over a month ago and I still have no response, the ask for additional information is unclear and they don't reply to questions about clarification. Trying to call is a joke, when I work full-time and have a family, it's at least an hour wait. Also, I'm paying my loans while others are not – that should reflect positively on me.
