Biden & Democrats are firm believers in "Multiplier Effect" of government spending, where one agent's spending is another agent's income, then their spending becomes another's income, and so on, over & over again. Recent Debt Ceiling Deal adds $4 trillion more government spending which will go to government contracts and handouts and multiplier effect means that when that money gets into the system, it will be spent multiple times. This differs from Republican approach where their spending & tax cuts are targeted to cause increase in investments then business spending would cause it's own multiplier effect and growth in stock market.
As long as Joe gets 10 percent, I’m good!

Trickle Down economics is a ghost. It's never been a viable approach, but it's been a well used GOP talking point to get the middle class to buy in. Money NEVER trickles down. It does, however, always trickle up. Give the money to the middle class, and it will always trickle up to the wealthy/corporations. They will always get their money, but if the middle class is strong, it means the economy is strong. There is an awful lot more of the middle than the upper, so if those middle class families are spending(historically they spend around 105% of their income) that creates jobs and a strong economy.
