THERE IS SO MUCH CRIME IN PHILADELPHIA AND ELSEWHERE BECAUSE OF CRIMINALS LIKE EDDIE IRIZZARY.
This video ONLY provides a small clip of the entire incident. It primarily focuses on the police officers actions and NOT AT ALL on the criminal actions of the driver from start to finish. The driver was armed and dangerous and even from this small clip one can see that he was driving recklessly posing danger to people and animals in his path and more importantly creating life threaten risks to the police officers who were doing their job correctly when trying to stop this out of control criminal from hurting or killing. These police officers should not be charged with anything for doing their job.

Please do an investigative report to research how much this happens. The results could include a strategy for changing the police culture with some accountability and consequences .
Philadelphia police told the media that the incident began when officers pulled over a car that was "driving erratically", then as "officers approached" the car, Irizarry "stepped out" of the car "with a knife", which the "officers gave multiple commands for him to drop", but Irizarry "lunged at the officers", prompting the shooting. On August 15, Philadelphia police changed their story, stating that Irizarry was actually in the car when he was shot.
The footage also showed that before the shooting, Irizarry was holding a knife by his right leg, while in his car. Officer Dial's lawyer has said that Dial fired because he thought Irizarry was pointing a gun at him.
Hard to see WHAT happened when they BLUR out everything, and delete out "sensitive" language.
