Watch: Dog Rescued From Flooded L.A. River



Fire crews rescued a dog from the water of the Los Angeles river as well as a man who had tried to go in and save it.

    How much money did this rescue cost the city of L.A?
    Seems like a lot of resources for 1dog.
    And yet people are starving and living on the streets.
