New video shows the inside of a school bus full of New Mexico middle schoolers when a car crashed into the side of the bus, sending the children flying within the bus. Albuquerque police say the driver of a white Mustang, who was going 65-80 mph, was charged with two counts of great bodily harm by vehicle and was released from jail earlier this month pending trial.

All of you claiming the buses should have seatbelts, but can not comprehend that most school buses drive locally and the weight/height ensure the safety of the passengers. This incident proved that. Imagine enforcing seatbelt rules on children, that are used to switching seats. Not to mention, not having them on larger buses simplifies evacuations. Majority of injuries regarding school buses were obtained on smaller buses with seatbelts.
Got to love how all of you are wrapped up on the seatbelt issue, but completely ignore the state releasing this guy. This is what you get with a blue state. No justice and invites criminals to reoffend with little to no consequences. I am starting to believe all of you are non-thinkers and lack all common sense. Sad!
