All this going round the houses that the defence attorney is doing is trying to solidify and to prove to the jury that Jennifer was a caring mother (whether she actually was or wasnt )
The defense attorney has been practicing for at least 16yrs & she's like this??🤔 I'm going to have to see how she is at other trials. Maybe she stumbled because it's outside her specialty. She specializes in defending people accused of se,x crimes. Idk how it could just be a fluke, though, because she's horrible at questioning people and other basics attorneys regularly do.
This is the absolute definition of a witch hunt! The school staff who let this kid go back to class with a firearm and unalived kids and hurt others should be charged along with the parents if this is the standard being set! Disgusting! Its like watching Stockholm syndrome survivers stand up for their abusers.
WE NEED the parents to get a new lawyer so they can’t declare a mistrial due to incompetent council or anything due to their lawyer being terrible at her job. I don’t know the rules of court but I’m worried. If you know better please educate me.

Of course I believe the parents are also responsible for not getting him the help he needed. But I believe he should have been sent home till he felt better. Too much to worry about
I believe to this day and the day it happened the school was somewhat responsible and the fact the judge even pointed out that the school was NOT. 1. They saw the drawing 2. I heard they gave the parents the choice to take him home WHY GIVE A CHOICE? to be safe you send him home! Or hang with his dad in the car door dashing. 3. The school never checked the backpack!! Why?!?! That’s a liability

The defense makes some good points, and then immediately drowns out her good points with a whole bunch of repetitive nonsense. And it was because the witness was playing dumb.
It's annoying when law enforcement plays dumb, or embellishes answers to make sure their answer benefits the prosecution. While it may technically might not be lying, how facts are relayed can have the same effect as lying.
