CNN has to know when things are Civil, Criminal, and are Attacks. When Courts, Clerks, Sheriffs, and Polices do not comply to settled signed off orders before them. That is an ATTACK. That means civilly everything is in place except for the prejudice People involved not acknowledging that they do not have any paperwork or anything else to prove why they slandered Someone's name publicly. When Plaintiffs slander Someone's name and contact a wrong jurisdiction Court and Sheriff. They usually go to jail, pay damages to the Defendant, and the case gets dismissed. The Defendant that they are slandering does NOT go to jail because the Defendant has more evidence than the ones that the burden of proof is on. Everyone that is in the Media listening to the facts are told by Attorneys and other resources about the law. People chime in and give legal advice about the proceedings, processes, and the guidelines of the Courts. When the Courts do not follow these proceedings, processes, and guidelines. There is NOT any debate on the consequences. Especially when they go even further against the law and tries to intimidate the Defendant for complying. That is not called Civil. That is called a prejudice attack jeopardizing lives PUBLICLY. A civil issue is when Plaintiffs has proof serving Someone properly and have a reason to be in Court. That is a HUGE DIFFERENCE from not having any proof besides verbal blah blah blah and illegally entering Someone Else's home and placing Trespassers in their home. The only People that cannot accept a reality like that is a prejudice Person.
