Putin has at least 2 body doubles, people who are surgically altered to look like him and trained to mimic his behavior. One speaks, and is used for moments when they require very short and brief exchanges, like going down a handshake line. The other does not speak and is seen when you see him getting into vehicles or and situations where a sniper would be effective. . . As for AI doubles, they can look and sound exactly like him, but I would expect these to be used in anti Putin propaganda efforts.
