A stray dog wandered into the gorilla habitat at San Diego’s Zoo Safari Park. NBC News’ Tom Llamas has more on the rescue efforts by the local humane society.

I don't believe the in the coincidence that NatGeo was just lucky to be there with all their gear at the same time that a dog MIRACULOUSLY strayed into a Rilla enclosure.

Hope he gets adopted out soon. His family doesn’t deserve him: not neutered, not microchipped, no collar. Other reports mentioned another dog (who didn’t get into the enclosure).🤷♀️ So happy this boy is safe 💖🐾🐾

Thank goodness the dog wasn't a homeless person looking for a place to sleep. The cops would have taken his doghouse to the dump and then put up spikes all over the gorilla exhibit to prevent the dog from sleeping anywhere.
