  1. Incompetence by all officers on seen, gun, road rage etc are now rather irrelevant.

  2. Suspended with pay? How about suspending his/her driver's license for violating one of the first cardinal rules of driver's education. It's probably pretty difficult to be a patrol officer with a suspended driver's license. Never stop on train tracks. I don't even know how to respond to putting a HANDCUFFED person in a vehicle that is parked on train tracks.

  3. She wouldn’t be able to charge the cops cause she’s to busy with 500k on medical bills

  4. Don’t settle for less than 1 million

  5. literally never been so speechless

  6. I guess a person stupid enough to leave a car in the tracks can qualify to be a cop. I hope she gets paid.

  7. The police department’s response to this was completely cold and terse. The idea that anyone would think it’s ok to park on a train track is unbelievable to me. That type of negligence alone should get them all fired (and would in any other non Union job). I read only one individual was put on paid leave.

  8. Any normal person who parked on the train tracks with someone inside, would be immediately be arrested and held accountable for their death or injury.

  9. I lived in Wisconsin and Colorado and never once did I ever forget to not park on train tracks and two cops had enough time to get in the car to move it. 👎🏾

  10. The police sure did edit the video a lot 🤔 Hopefully the full video comes out. This is disturbing. The fear she must've felt in the back of that police car trapped watching a train come at her.

  11. Police Blame it on the train

  12. Even though they tried which they didnt they would definetely fail and how dumb they look when they put the car on some tracks and then didnt even think of the women in the car look how cops be abusing the power and thinking there sum but so stupid

  13. All three officers need to be charged with criminal negligence for what happened. The Platteville officer parked his cruiser on the crossing and left it there. The female Fort Lupton officer puts the woman in that cruiser in handcuffs and locks her in on the tracks and then "forgets" that she was in the cruiser (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2one_ZY6sQ ). The male Fort Lupton office is standing outside of the cruiser on the crossing on the side facing the approaching train, ignoring the woman's screams that there was a train approaching and somehow not hearing or seeing the train himself until the last seconds before stepping off the crossing, leaving the woman inside instead of trying to get the door open to pull her out to safety. None of the officers (at least in the vides I've seen) had their dispatcher call the railroad or called the emergency number posted at the crossing to warn the railroad that there was an incident happening on/near the track and to alert any approaching trains. Once the woman was put in the cruiser and no other people were found in the pickup truck, none of the officers thought to move the cruiser to a safer location, leaving it on the tracks. Upon seeing a train approaching, the officers made no attempt to get the woman out of the cruiser and to safety. None of those three officers deserve to be able to carry a badge.

  14. Cops still have a job to search and gain any evidence still in a traffic stop they aren’t trained medics like those in a ambulance

  15. Only God has the power who lives or dies the cops now they dont sound so cocky anymore and will pay no more qualified immunity and esp new colorado laws officers will have to pay cilvil liability from their own pockets

  16. In cop world the 20yo will be charged and convicted for road rage and gun possession while the cop that nearly killed her will get a paid holiday before being cleared.

  17. Arrest the cops for parking on train tracks

  18. Some people that live in the us are dum and these cops should have an iq test
