The court made it the individual states responsibility whether to make abortion legal their respective state. As you can imagine, every Democrat run City and pretty much all blue States abortion is still legal upwards until what is it 16 weeks so what's the problem? If your state doesn't allow abortions take a road trip no worries. There is nothing racist or authoritarian about it. The judges simply did the constitutional thing.

Poor liberals got butt hurt because a legitimate Supreme Court overturned a previous one that practiced "judicial advocacy" in protecting rights that never existed per the Constitution. The same socialist/liberals are butt hurt because these Judges upheld a specific "enumerated right" that specifically states, "shall NOT be infringed." These so called "progressives" are driven by hatred and immorality.

Kavanaugh was the only guy in the video who might have stopped short of overturning Roe but that was before his public lynching.
Supreme Court has now become weaponized, with a majority of Taliban-style zealots, already trampling on our freedom and trashing any chance we had of dealing with climate change. What a bunch of gangsters. Trump set the bar so low, in so many ways, but this was the worst thing he did.

In 2009 the DNC had POTUS and super majority in Congress. Their signature legislative push and achievement was "comprehensive healthcare reform. Does anyone know why they did codify Roe v Wade into law as part of that AHA?

Where did any of them say that they would never overturn Roe Vs. Wade if they where given the chance to? Look up precedent. It is just a guide that can be followed in a court's judgement. If other facts are presented that can change a ruling despite precedent, a judge is allowed to go against it. All this did is give the power back to the people, the States, to decide for themselves if abortion will be legal or not in the state they live in. An if the politicians won't do it, vote them out, and replace them with ones who will enact the policies people want. Remember, the Constitution's original purpose is limited Federal government, with the people, the States, deciding other matters not covered by the Constitution.
