Our condo was blocked off with crime scene tape when we were there a few years back. Ground floor window was covered for the storm and no one allowed on the patio. Made for a dark living room and kitchen for sure. Better safe tho.
And people are still standing there taking pictures and videos

Mother Nature is amazing! The giant waves were caused by a tropical storm hundreds of miles away from Hawaii. Itβs not even raining and the sky has white clouds.

No storm, no tsunami – climate change & rising sea levels. This is happening in one way or another all over the world. The island nation of Kiribati is being permanently inundated, & most likely will be completely unlivable in the next 10-20 yrs. The entire population of a country will be climate refugees. I live in N. Carolina, USA, & our protective & protected cherished Outer Banks are swiftly being swallowed by the Atlantic. Despite all we can do, they'll doubtlessly be gone by 2050, probably sooner. This video looks terrifying, but it's only going to get worse EVERYWHERE. Just hope no one actually got hurt here. Can't see what the ocean side looks like. Heads UP, everybody – INCOMING!
