Yes, Putin should be told if he ever used a nuclear weapon, even a tactical one, we won't reply with an ICBM but with a massive bombardment that he would have no where to hide. All his ships in the Black Sea or anywhere else would be sunk. All his bases in Russia can be destroyed by high altitude bombers which the US has plenty and Russia none. His hypersonic missiles cannot do a thing! I think Putin knows his days are numbered.
