The Biden official said it was only shot down because it was at 40,000 feet and might be a danger to air traffic, as opposed to the balloon that was at 60,000 feet. So, the Biden administration has clearly given China (and everyone else) the go ahead to openly spy on the U.S. as long as they do it above 50,000 feet? How is this not treason?
