Those aircraft can go many places, e.g. Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, etc. be refitted, refueled and flown into the Ukraine. The West could also extend a humanitarian area fifty or so miles into Ukraine. In this humanitarian area we could render life saving treatments to Ukrainians and Russians equally as well as supplying medications into Eastern Ukraine. If the Russians attacked all hell could break loose.
