More and more countries have been enclosing Russia, Russia will never , ever allow Ukraine to join nato. Arming citizens is just assuring that Russia will use air bombing because they won’t risk their own soldiers street fighting. Usa would never allow Canada or Mexico to have foreign bases and are still torturing poor Cuba from the bay of pigs on the 60’s.
