The blockade in the Black Sea should be considered by the world as a separate issue as the war in Ukraine. It is a war against many countries. NATO needs to break the blockade and monitor the Black Sea. Shipping allowed out should be checked for stolen items, stolen people and restricted arms. Shipping allowed in should be checked for troops or materials intended to aid in the invasion of Ukraine. Russia should not be allowed to dominate the Black Sea in any way or bring in military gear.

The Ukrainians themselves want to regain all territory Russia has taken. All NATO countries have been supporting this goal. It is not something that NATO is pushing for especially the EU and US whose economy has been hurt badly by thus war. Putin does not want to back down even after taking over Luhansk, Donetsk and Crimea. He is on the contrary expanding his aim to regain what was once the Soviet Union and more. He is threatening Eastern Europe, Finland and Sweden. As WWII has proved it does not work to negotiate with a dictator hell bent on war. The only way is to stop this kind of leader is total defeat on the battle field. The EU, US and Ukraine must stay strong if they want freedom. There is no time to mourn the losses until victory.

We're in a pivotal point right now when it will become crystal clear who's actually winning this war. The pivotal point is when Russia takes the whole southern coast of Ukraine and essentially mops the floor with the Ukrainian military, turning Ukraine into a landlocked country without an industrial base. Eastern Ukraine (the Russian part) and the south, was the most industrialized region of the country, now soon to be completely in the hands of the Russians.
