Lots of times their eyes , look off , squinty , not dilated , or just plain look evil, shady , these guys are master manipulators ! Please make sure if your on a date ! The thing is this is a doubled edge sword. If this man truly suffers from a disassociate disorder and did his time, you can't regulate his right to social interactions. If you are committed to do so either he needs to be in psychiatric care or in prison. Yes, a man died. Yet like all other crimes we have a legal system designed to make money for rehabilation. If you are intending to make this man's life miserable then just fight for laws the put him out of his misery.

So when he was in a psychotic state and was sent to a Mental hospital. So when he got better he should've been sent to a regular prison. The Guy he stabbed 50 times is still dead.
Victims will never be content because their suffering is because of the old and corrupted system; a New Era is here and Rehabilitation has been proven, it just needs to be followed up well after release. Reconciliation and healing of both parties needs to step into the New Era as well 💯👍
