The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a participation in the Blood of Christ? The bread we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ?

"The flooded stream hit this house but failed to break it"
"Unless the Lord builds a house, those who build it labor in vain" (Ps 127: 1). "You are the temple of God and the Spirit of God dwells in you" (1 Cor 3:16). This house and this temple, filled with the teachings and graces of God, this tabernacle that contains the holiness of God's heart, has received this testimony: "Your temple is holy, with glorious righteousness" (Ps 65: 6). Holiness, justice and human purity are the temple of God.
So this house must be built by God. A man-made building doesn't last long; what is established by the doctrines of this world is fallible; our vain jobs and our thoughtfulness are useless keepers. So you have to build differently, keep this house in a different way. It is not necessary to assume on the ground, on unstable sands; foundation must be laid on prophets and apostles.
They should be erected with living stones, supported with a cornerstone, built gradually until the perfect man and the measure of the size of Christ's body (1 Peter 2: 20; 4: 12-13). Then this house must be decorated with the light and beauty of spiritual graces. If it is built by God, that is, according to His teaching, it will not collapse. And it will spread into several houses, because what builds up the faithful benefits each of us to beautify and grow the blessed city..
We can't do that. We would have to not sell guns unless we knew someone on a personal level and could vouch for their sanity. Yep. Exactly.
