How many of us, let's call us 'less politically connected' people would possibly see an avenue of getting out of an indictment by getting a few of our friends to pass a bill. A bill that would attempt to shut down an investigation in our alleged illegal activity by removing the funding for the prosecution? In essence, forcing the prosecution to work pro-bona and delivering 'justice' simply because the system is out of cash?
