When America declares bankruptcy (very near now), it will be a national emergency, then FEMA ( The federal emergency management agency) will take over, and all constitutional rights and all laws that previously existed will be suspended. FEMA has built large concentration camps where anyone who causes problems for the new regime will be put. Even governors could be placed there.
