My humble opinion is that the majority of Hispanics in the state of Florida are of Cuban background, therefore, these Republican voters equate Democracy with Communism. And if Democrats wants to win the state of Florida, they must choose a very strong candidate that is not too far to the left. More like in the middle.

Listening to Trump supporters being interviewed tells us one fact. They are not good with interviews. They make statements they cannot support and they are excessive with platitudes for him. Its always a humorous encounter and the interviewer designs it to show an intellectual deficiency on the part of his guest if he ca., One could get the impression overall his supporters share a level of intellectual parity with Trump. That is probably key to his success with his 'family' of supporters. On their part they believe him and them are same folks. They identify with him, make allowances for him, and bend their integrity to maintain the balance between themselves and him. The circle cannot be broken, to recall a song.
